WATER JUMP - in the middle of the summer when the water jump is dry you can have it filled for practicing for a small fee. Please Call Andrea at 604.798.0303 to arrange a time for filling - we need one week in advance please. A donation of $40 to the Society is asked to pay for the gas and time involved.

 Horse Users

 Daily Fees - rider
$10 per horse per day
 Daily Fees - combined driving
$10 per Combined driving unit
 Clinic - non park rental only requires$10 per horse daily fee

 Parking issues - one horse equals one vehicle even if trailer  pooled - your spectators are asked to pay the parking fee. 

Please do not abuse this.All fees go towards park upkeep.

 Island 22 Equestrian Park Riders Waiver -available at the Gate House or download here and have it ready for when you arrive. All riders must complete a waiver.

 2010 Seasons Pass - Please make cheques out to FVRD and bring to the Gate House or mail in to the info provided on the sheet. 


  Riding Ring Rental
  $10 per horse to a max of $100 no limit on the number of horses.

 This gives exclusive use of the main riding ring and the warm up ring.

Your clinic or show must NOT spread into the rest of the park.

The park remains open to other  users.

Your competitors have use of the rest of the park.

 Payment must be made before the event starts.

 If you are planning on holding a clinic at the Island 22 Horse Park please email us the details. We will advertise your clinic for free on our website and in our Support Members Newsletters.  Email your clinic information to Andrea at island22website@yahoo.ca .

 

  OVERNIGHT PADDOCK USE - Limited times
  Please refer to Calendar for days that Paddocks are open for over night use.
 One trailer and one horse
 $30 - must be a self contained unit. $20 with a seasons pass.
 Additional paddocks per trailer  $20 per paddock - or $10 with a seasons pass.
 Refundable damage deposit
 $20 per horse - refundable
 Must pay at Gate House first
 Note: well water is for animal consumption only. 

 NOTE: Main gate will be locked during over night paddock use times. A security guard will be on site with the key for emergency situations. 

 

Day Users              

 Parking fees are for horse clinic spectators, dog walkers, casual users and general parking. During large special events parking fees are often waived but must be discussed with the FVRD for approval.

This includes use of the Off-Leash Dog Park. All dogs MUST be on a leash when outside of designated off-leash dog park. All dogs, including those that are horse proof MUST be on a leash in the Equestrian area!!

 Parking Yearly Pass -transferable between Isl 22 and Dewdney Regional Park $25 per year per vehicle

 Dog Walking Rules and Regulations.

 

Due to flood damage and bank erosion camping has been closed. A day area has been created for picnic use only.

Mosquito level at the park

as of July 28, 2010 - The dark trails have more during the day but a bit of spray makes it dealable. There have been a lot of horses out there, even camping, without issues.

Water jump perfect! Water went down some more. Only one or two other small puddles in the gully area.

Mowing - Finished July 28th - Next scheduled mowing August 23 -31
