Please read all info regarding Overnight Paddock use posted on the Fees Page and the over night situations when renting the park on the Park Rental Page. Please refer to the Calendar for dates that Overnight Paddock use is allowed for non event times.
If the weather turns bad or you prefer to keep your horse in a stable while you spend a much needed night in a hotel, there are stables in close proximity to Island 22 whose owners are friends of
The Kennedy farm is only a one minute drive or a very simple hack away from Island 22. It is literally on the corner of Cartmell and Young Road. When you turn left onto Cartmell to head to Island 22 their farm is on your right just before the gravel road starts. They do have limited over night space available in stalls. They may consider over night in their paddocks but it would be shared space. They have room to park about two trailers but you are welcome to park and then spend a night in a hotel for comfort. Please contact them for more info.
This barn is situated about a simple 15 minute drive from Island 22 and will offer you large safe stalls, trailer parking, camping in your trailer if this is your option, evening and morning feeding of your horse(food provided by you) if you are staying in a hotel.Limited space available.
