ENTRY FORMS - Please note that this form is in a word document. You can therefor fill in all yours AND your horse's information before printing. Save this form on your computer with your information in, then just switch the event information. Please be aware that at the AGM Organizers meeting ALL organizers made a pact to fine ALL riders who do not fill out their entry forms properly for the year 2008. This includes all required photo copies that must be sent with your entry form. Horse Trails BC has also created a special prize division for the rider who has filled in their entry forms correctly. This will be drawn at the AGM dinner.

1)  ENTRIES: P - $210, T - $210; PT - $160; E - $160; PE- $160 ; 

Refunds: Before CD, less $30 administration fee.  After CD, with medical or vet certificate, entry fee refunded less $30. No refunds after 5 p.m. Aug 29th.

Copies of membership cards MUST accompany entry. Checks payable to: Island 22 Horse Trials. Faxed no shows will be billed full entry fee.

Incomplete or late entries may be levied a $30 administration fee. Divisions will be combined or split, if warranted. 

2) TIME SCHEDULE:  Aug 29th, 4:00pm - course and office open. Aug 30th, 8:00am - dressage.  Aug 31st, 8:00am - cross-country. 

Sept.1, 8:00am –Jumping. Starting times available online at www.horsetrialsbc.com.

4) STABLING: $65 for the weekend (includes camping fee) – limited number of permanent upgraded corrals on site.

5)  DRESSAGE: 2005 TESTS: OP–FEI 1* Test A, T- T Test C-60;   PT, - PT Test B, Entry, E Test A, PE– E Test A117600. 

Arenas: P & T - 20 x 60m, PT, E & PE - 20x40m.  Reliable, all weather footing; warm-up: sand.

6) CROSS COUNTRY: P – approx. 3000m @ 520mpm; T – approx. 2500m @ 450mpm; PT –approx. 2000m @ 400mpm;

Entry -approx. 2000m @ 350mpm, Pre-Entry –approx 1500m @ 350mpm. Terrain: Sand and grass footing-no hills. X/C Course closed to competitors: Aug. 18, 2008

9) DIRECTIONS:  East on Hwy #1, take Sardis exit (#119), left at lights, right at Airport Road, left onto Young Street; follow Young Street through downtown Chilliwack, left at Cartmell. 

West: on Hwy #1, take Chilliwack Airport Exit (#120), right onto Young Street.  As above.
