The equestrian park Island 22 Regional Park is becoming very busy with horses and riders practising for upcoming events as well as riding forpleasure.
Although the entire park is open to the public, the FVRD parks department asks people to be cautious while in the equestrian side of the park and always keep dogs on leashes.

Park Conditions
Water jump - perfect depth but will fluctuate as the weather does.
Mowing -
XC Courses - 4 courses set but please be aware of the footing and do not over jump certain jumps.
Rings - all three rings have excellent footing. 10 stadium jumps available for use in the front ring. DO NOT MOVE THEM ONTO THE COURSE. Jumps donated by the Society and Mt. Cheam Pony Club.
Footing - Perfect drainage allows for Hitch Driving without any issues! Wet in some areas due to weather conditions.
Gatehouse - Closed.
